Shipping options

Orders received during business hours will ship within 48 hours, provided the item is in stock.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Regular UPS and FedEx ground shipping generally takes 5-10 business days from the day the item ships. 

Expedited shipping options, including overnight and second day shipping options, are based on the day the item ships (not the day the items are ordered online).  No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. 

A shipping confirmation and tracking number is automatically emailed once the shipment is processed the courier.  Due to weather and uncontrollable events, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Order Changes

We strive to get your order to you as fast as possible and therefore begin processing your order as soon as we receive it.  Changes cannot be made unless we are notified before the order is processed and shipped. 

Refused / Undeliverable Shipments

Refused or undeliverable shipments that are returned to our warehouse will not be processed or receive a credit as the warehouse is not equipped to except returned merchandise and returns will not be processed or restocked.  (Please see section “Returns and Exchanges” regarding instructions on returning merchandise.)
